The natural and gentle exercises are a harmonious combination of attention, breathing and movement. Performed standing or sitting, they are suitable for everyone at any age.


The "Qi" is called life energy. The exercises bring pent-up or blocked energies in the body back into flow and thus have a positive effect on body and mind.



Tip: takes place while standing or sitting - therefore well suited for people with joint problems.


In dry-warm temperatures we practice outdoors.
