Guided "light meditation"

Guided meditation is a valuable tool for getting to know and experiencing the meditative state.

In this form of meditation, our senses and our thoughts are stimulated from the outside.

We hear a pleasant voice that gives us step-by-step instructions. We don't need to do anything else,

than to let go and follow the instructions. The harmonious voice that guides us has a calming effect and

carries us through the entire meditation process. It helps us to let go of our thoughts and focus our attention on specific ideas or objects.
