Yin Yang Yoga and its meaning:
As with the Chinese symbol Yin Yang, which represents opposing symbols in one unit, Yin Yang Yoga also combines dynamic Yang Yoga and meditative Yin Yoga. The calm, passive Yin Yoga, which is mainly practiced sitting and lying down, complements Yang Yoga, a dynamic, powerful yoga style in which the breath is combined with movement in dynamic sequences.
