Malga di Romeno | Traditional South Tyrol

The Malga di Romeno has been completely renovated by the municipality of Romeno, which owns it, without changing the structure of the 1920s. The wooden veranda, which invites you to relax in this wonderful clearing on the slopes of Monte Roen, has also been preserved. The Madonna delle Nevi church was also built here. However, it would be a shame to miss out on the easy climb to the summit of Monte Roen. The magnificent panorama is a great reward for the little effort required to reach the summit: the Dolomites to the east, the Brenta Group to the west and the plain of the Adige Valley 2000 m below at your feet.
