Überetscher Hut | 1773 m

A beautiful sun terrace and is open from spring to fall (around May to November). The hut is famous for its regional specialties, which are prepared with passion by the innkeepers.

The Überetscher Hütte or Rifugio Roen (1,775 m) is located on a small terrace on the Mendelkamm ridge, slightly north-east of the summit of the Roen (2,116 m) and offers a wonderful view of the south of South Tyrol and the Etschtal valley.

The Überetscher Hütte is located in the middle of a real hiking paradise and is the starting point or base for a variety of tours, which you can combine and arrange according to your requirements and fitness level. Numerous well-marked hiking trails lead to the various peaks and sights in the surrounding area.
