Helpful facts

Here you have the opportunity to learn how to make cheese in a 2-hour event.

Consisting of a kettle, fresh milk and the necessary tools, you will make your own cheese. You will receive help and information from a cheesemaker.

During the breaks, you will learn about the origins of cheese culture in Europe and taste some of the most important types of cheese.

After finishing the production, you can take home your homemade cheese.

This is not intended for aging, but can be eaten fresh nature or with herbs, in salad or fried.
