In this special outdoor training we move the gym to the outdoors without further ado. The forests of Parcines offer countless opportunities for physical exercise without the need for a cross trainer or treadmill.
Whether strength exercises with your own body weight, balancing acts on tree trunks, pull-ups on a strong branch - everything you need for an efficient workout is practically already there: nature, the weight of your own body and the right exercises. The latter are clearly explained and demonstrated by the expert. Between lunges, squats, push-ups and crunches, the desire to move grows, and the forest shows its effect: the lungs fill with fresh oxygen, metabolism and fat burning get going, the stress hormones drive back.
In addition to the physical training, the workout in the forest constantly sets new stimuli: The aromatic forest air, the different composition of the ground, the many, sometimes unknown sounds of nature sharpen the perception, promote balance and train the senses.
Bring along
Sportswear appropriate to the temperatures, drink, sneakers, possibly a change of clothes.
