Away from commerce and noise, you can feel the true spirit of Christmas at the Mayrhofen Advent market, experience regional customs and enjoy the anticipation of Christmas Eve in contemplative peace. Exquisite local products to eat and drink are offered at the lovingly decorated stalls.

The tempting aroma of Christmas cookies, mulled wine, tea, punch, chestnuts, Zillertal doughnuts, Kiachl and more will entice you to treat yourself to a snack or two at the culinary stalls. Surrounded by soft Advent sounds, you can treat yourself to a cozy break by the campfire. Younger visitors can bake their own gingerbread angels or hand in a letter to the Christmas post office. There is also a petting zoo with sheep to create a Christmassy atmosphere. A special eye-catcher is the imposing, hand-tied Advent wreath with a diameter of 3.5 meters. The Advent market in Mayrhofen is always worth a visit! Ask us at reception if the shuttle can take you there. We recommend taking a cab for the return journey in any case.
