Helpful facts

An experience for young, for old, for everyone.

The B.U.N.D. Nature Conservation Association invites you to collect apples together on the orchard meadow in Leimbach and learn all about apples and orchard trees.

We meet at the main reception to walk the beautiful path along the apple trail and the Brunnisaach stream to the meeting point at the Leimbach chapel together with educator Claudia.

SUSTAINABLE:

We collect garbage on the way back. Reusable bin bags and stainless steel tongs will be handed out at the starting point.

All hard-working litter pickers will receive a small surprise in the WirthsHof store afterwards.

ALTERNATIVE IN RAINY WEATHER:

If it rains, there will be a great apple alternative program in the craft room from 10 am to 12 noon with apple carving tasting, finger play stories and craft activities.

No registration required.

Please bring a bucket and gloves: Bucket and gloves - for collecting apples, if available.

Total duration: approx. 2.5 hours.

Tip: on Sunday, fresh apple juice is pressed from collected apples as part of the Apple Bike Day at the Wirthshof. Come along and enjoy a cozy afternoon with live music and entertainment at Wirths Hof.

This is a free offer as part of the Active in Nature Day, Nature Experience Days and Lake Constance Apple Weeks. You are welcome to make a donation for new orchard trees.
