Experience in this class how the core, the body's core muscles, is the control center of every movement.
Using functional basic exercises from Pilates and core training, we practise consciously targeting the so-called "powerhouse".
Discover that it is the mini muscles in the center of our body that constantly realign us, give us support and are the foundation of every movement.
Another focus is on breathing. While in Pilates the focus is on flank breathing, in core training we practise taking the breath three-dimensionally into the abdomen.
