On request, you can be personally supported and guided by Claudia Salcher. She is a sports scientist and expert in the fields of Qigong - meditation - yoga and Pilates. She has many years of experience in personal training and will help you to achieve your goals.
QIGONG is a Far Eastern method of strengthening your health and developing your awareness through movement, breathing and imagination. The goal is a more fulfilled, joyful life in the here and now.
Qigong has the advantage that you can do many of the exercises standing or sitting and you don't need any equipment (not even a mat). Qigong can therefore be practiced very well in nature (during a walk, a hike...).
There are no physical requirements. It is therefore also suitable for older people or people with physical limitations.
There are many different Qigong exercise systems. Claudia Salcher teaches forms of health-protective (medical) Qigong and Daoist Qigong.
