For me, yoga is not a sport, but a decision of the heart.
Clear body alignment helps clarity of thought and feeling.
Now take a moment and sit up straight, lifting your head and sternum slightly, relaxing your shoulders, and lowering your pelvis toward the floor.
Try to concentrate for a moment and take three deep breaths.......... 1...... 2....... 3..........
Doesn't it feel good ;)
