Walk and run flexibly, lightly and energetically!


Learn the basics to keep all structures healthy and relieve strain in the long term when hiking, walking, strolling and running.....


We work with different impulses from

- Medical Walking,

- Orthomed-Walking and

- fascia walking

our optimal stride length and walking technique.


Simple tips are used to stimulate the fascia network and myofascial pathways - vividly packaged in pictures: from quiet foot touchdowns to gliding shoulder blades.


Slow jogging?

Probably the easiest and most pleasant way to run. The special technique is easy on the joints, the pace is always in the feel-good range and puts you in a measurably good mood.

We practise the three most important technical features of slow jogging:

- Midfoot strike

- 180 steps per minute

- Niko Niko
