Learn the basics to keep all structures healthy and relieve strain in the long term, when running, hiking, walking, strolling, ....


THE SPECIAL:

-Walking and jogging sequences alternate. This means that less trained people can also take part (max. 2 km distance).


-You decide whether you want to focus more on walking or slow jogging.


-In wet WEATHER, we move the technical impulses into the dry!

by Katja Eberle. As a qualified sports scientist, she attaches great importance to functional alignment and technique.

Katja is a medical walking trainer, fascia walking instructor, reactive walking trainer and slow jogging professional trainer.

Takes place in all weathers (we move into the dry)!
