Sharing yoga to me means creating a space where everyone is allowed to consciously arrive in the HERE and NOW.
Yoga gives you time to just be and find STILLNESS.
My classes feature mindful movements to reconnect with yourself.
In the morning we start with a powerful, dynamic and creative VINYASA FLOW SESSION.
We end the day with a gentle and balanced YIN YOGA class.
I will guide you to experience STRENGTH and ENERGY but also RELAXATION through conscious BREATHING and appropriate Asans.
Letting go of the old, filling up with new energy and creating INNER BALANCE.
