REACTIVE WALKING
Experience effective full-body training in the fresh air.
The granulate filling of the swinging equipment gets the cardiovascular system going and at the same time stimulates the core and deep muscles. This trains the whole body. A great feeling.

This lesson is also worthwhile for experienced cyclists! To refine your own technique. Our professional guide will give you valuable tips on posture, alignment and execution!
While standing and walking, we do exercises that challenge the entire body: stabilizing the deep muscles while mobilizing and strengthening the entire core muscles!
Between the exercises, we walk a short loop along the stream, St. James' Way and meadows.
Length of the technical circuit: approx. 1.5 to 2 kilometers.
In wet weather, we move the training into the dry - and do more basic exercises and workout!
