Hatha flow: 1h 15min "Hatha" translates as "will power" and addresses our strong will to hold positions for longer. This not only trains your entire body, but also strengthens your mind and spirit. In our Hatha flow practice, we follow the traditional sequence of a yoga class, holding the postures for longer, but moving smoothly from one posture to the next. The movements are synchronized with the breathing. Sequence of the class:

- We start with a short meditation and breathing exercise. This brings our awareness to our mind and body and prepares us mentally for the practice with a few deep breaths.

- This is followed by the physical practice in which, after a warm-up and sun salutations, we hold individual yoga positions for at least 30 seconds. This technique has positive effects on the mind and body. In general, the following benefits can be achieved by practicing HATHA YOGA: Physical benefits: Improves balance, strengthens muscles, stabilizes bones, increases flexibility, improves circulation, energizes, strengthens the spine and respiratory system, improves digestion, removes physical blockages,... Mental benefits: Strengthening consciousness, activating, increases concentration, calming, helps against depression, removes emotional blockages, strengthens the spirit, control over the mind, eliminates fears, pushes the ego, pride, learning to live in the here and now, new perspectives,.... Spiritual: "Ha" means sun, "Tha" means moon. Sun energy is our masculine energy, represents fire, it is active, can be compared to Yang and our sympathetic nervous system. The moon represents feminine energy. It has a cooling and calming effect, is passive and can be compared with yin and our parasympathetic nervous system. "Hatha Yoga" balances the two energies and thus brings about inner balance. Our Hatha yoga practice in the morning is divided into 1. short meditation, 2. warm up, sun salutations and asanas (postures) 3. pranayama: balance breathing exercise 1. with the short meditation we bring our awareness to our mind and body and prepare ourselves mentally for the practice by taking a few deep breaths. 2. this is followed by the physical practice, in which we hold individual yoga positions for at least 30 seconds after a "warm up" and the "sun salutations". this technique has positive effects on the mind and body. 3. in yoga philosophy, it is said that if you can control your breathing, you can also control your mind. the "Nadi Shudhi" pranayama technique is a balancing breathing technique that creates a balance in body and mind.
