Pilates is a gentle method for strengthening the body's core. Through targeted strengthening, mobilization and stretching exercises, the whole body is brought into balance and you feel wonderfully relaxed and awake at the same time afterwards. All movements are performed mindfully, controlled and slowly. Breathing plays a central role. In this class we will focus on those muscle groups and movement sequences that are of great importance to golfers.
