Bring along: No previous knowledge and no specific level of flexibility. Just openness and curiosity - and comfortable clothing.


Yoga is neither a competition nor a performance comparison. It's about bringing body, breath and mind into harmony step by step - each person for themselves on their own mat.

Yoga is the perfect balance and complement to the demands of everyday life, work and sport. And if you agree with the following:


I don't move enough.

I move too one-sidedly (sport).

I feel immobile or stiff.

I would like to become calmer.

I would like to be able to concentrate better.



We challenge the body and muscles in a gentle and powerful way. Shortened muscles are stretched, joint structures and fascia become permeable, posture and sense of balance are improved in the long term. Dynamic movement sequences bring suppleness to the movement sequence. Static exercises combined with natural breathing create focus, space and permeability - on all levels.


If you prefer to practise on your own mat, you are welcome to bring your own equipment.
