What is regeneration and why is it so important?
Active exercise, therapeutic and beneficial treatments, fresh air and nature, healthy food and sufficient rest or good sleep are all building blocks of regeneration. Without sufficient regeneration, performance at work and in sports is not possible.
What is functional training?
Functional training describes training that is put together for everyday life or for the sport. Here are two examples: For everyday life, exercises are done to relieve back or knee pain. For the sport, the corresponding muscles are trained to be fit for skiing in winter.
What importance does nutrition play in the Move & Relax concept?
The guest should find the possibility to eat healthy already in the morning. A healthy Move & Relax "corner" is visually recognizable in every hotel.
For the evening menu, the guest can choose a Move & Relax variant, which in turn is tailored to sporty and health-conscious nutrition.
What is the purpose of the Balance Pads in the rooms?
The Balance pads are designed to remind guests to get moving every day. The simple exercises placed on the mirror are designed to help the guest become aware of his or her body. In the group class, the guest learns more exercises to continue exercising with the pad at home.
What is spiroergometry?
Sprioergometire is an exertion test on a bicycle ergometer. The athlete's breathing is measured during exercise and performance is recorded using heart rate. Spiroergometry is considered a health check and it is recommended to do it twice a year.
What is bioelectrical impedance analysis?
Impedance analysis measures the body composition of a person. On the basis of the measurement, information about the function of the metabolism and the cell is obtained. The percentage of body water, muscle and fat tissue is also measured. The impedance analysis serves as a basis for nutritional counseling.
