Move & Relax is an innovative concept that translates the latest findings from competitive sports into everyday life. A balanced interplay of movement and regeneration - individual, sustainable, for every age and every fitness level. Developed in cooperation with the Institute for Sports Science at the University of Innsbruck.

MOVE - THE MOVEMENT

In the Move area of the Hohe Salve Sports Resort you can experience movement in all its facets. You will be accompanied and guided in the best possible way by the sports science team, who will respond perfectly to your needs and your personal lifestyle.

RELAX - REGENERATION

Without regeneration there is no performance. So treat yourself now and then to your little islands of peace and breathers to consciously enjoy doing nothing. Welcome to our spacious relax area with saunas, infrared cabins, massages, pool and more!

SAUNA: 12.00 - 22.00 hrs

FITNESS: 07.00 - 22.00 o'clock

SWIMMING: 07.00 - 22.00 hrs

25 M POOL: 07.00 - 22.00 (in winter months on request)

MOVE & RELAX RECEPTION: 08.30 - 19.00 hrs

Appointment:

For our Move & Relax offers we kindly ask you to make a reservation in advance. Please come to the Move & Relax area 5 minutes before your appointment. If you are unable to keep your booked appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. In case of later cancellations, we will have to charge 100% of the treatment price.
