BABY
We are happy to provide you with a baby crib if required, EUR 15.00 per day each.
For hygienic reasons and consideration of the other guests we ask you to use a baby diaper for your dear little ones.

Your bathrobe and towels are already waiting for you in your room and will gladly accompany you during your stay.
BALANCE PAD
For an active vacation: In your bathroom you will find our in-house Balance Pad with exercise suggestions. One-leg stand while brushing your teeth? We also have the Move & Relax feeling to go - the Balance Pad is available for sale in the store.
BIKEDEPOT, BIKEWASH & TOOLS
Your bikes stay with us comfortably in the locked bike depot, which you will find in the hotel parking deck. The washing facility right next to it ensures clean bike dreams. And if you run out of air, you can borrow a floor pump and tools at the reception.

If you would like to have your peace and quiet in your room, please simply hang the sign on the outside of the room door.

Please follow the escape plan hanging in each room.
BUS & TRAIN CONNECTIONS
Local timetables are available at the reception desk. The use of bus and ÖBB trains is free of charge with the guest card (available at the reception) between Wörgl and Hochfilzen.
The nearest stop, Hopfgarten Berglift, is only a 2-minute walk from the hotel.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
The booked rooms are available from 15.00 on the day of arrival and until 11.00 on the day of departure. A late departure is only possible after consultation with the hotel reception at an extra charge and subject to availability.
E-BIKES / BICYCLES
From April to October the vacation region Hohe Salve is a true bike paradise with over 800km of bike trails. At reception we are happy to help you with the reservation of bikes. You can experience the most beautiful tours with our certified bike guides - the map is available at the reception.

The guest card of the vacation region Hohe Salve offers our guests numerous discounts and free use of public transport. We will gladly issue your card at the reception. The guest card is free of charge for you.
LUGGAGE STORAGE
If you would like to stay a little longer after check-out on the day of departure, you are welcome to leave your suitcases with us. Just ask at the reception.

On 40 km² you will find 14 golf courses of different levels of difficulty in the Kitzbühel Alps, so there is certainly something for every golfer. The Westendorf golf course is only 10 minutes away from us. This makes the resort a perfect starting point for a golf vacation in this region.

HOPFGARTEN IN THE BRIXEN VALLEY
The Tyrolean market town of Hopfgarten with its traditional village center, narrow cobbled alleys and the magnificent twin-towered baroque church, is one of the sunniest communities in the Kitzbühel Alps. The Hohe Salve Sportresort is about 150m away from the village center. There you will find several stores, several pubs, the municipal office, a pharmacy and much more.

You will find our cozy hotel bar and lounge on the 1st floor. Open daily from 11 am to 01 am for you.

You can easily and comfortably connect to our WLAN in the whole house for free with the network "HOHE SALVE_GUEST". The network is open and without password - just accept the terms of use and start surfing.
RUNNING TRACKS
Jogging, hiking and Nordic walking routes around Hopfgarten are well signposted. Maps and more information are available at the reception and at the tourist office in Hopfgarten.
MINIBAR
You will search in vain for a minibar in your room - we have dispensed with one. Why? Yes, because we have opened our hotel bar for you from 11 o'clock until 1 o'clock... and it is so nice and cozy there.
If you should need a storage in the refrigerator, e.g. for medicines, please announce yourselves at the reception.
MOVE & RELAX
"To be in balance, you have to keep moving."
We have made it our motto and rely on the power of movement - in summer as well as in winter. In our 1400m² Move & Relax area, movement and relaxation find equal space. Our team has special offers ready for this and will be happy to put together your individual program together with you. From performance diagnostics to massage on the AquaThermoJet.
You will find our weekly program for group training in the rooms, on the info screens and at the reception.
On the first floor you will find the MOVE area, our sauna area with Finnish sauna, bio sauna, steam sauna and infrared cabins, as well as the indoor, outdoor pool and the sports pool.
For the current opening hours, please refer to the TV info channel 1 or the notices in the lift.
On the day of arrival and departure you can use the Move & Relax area all day.
NON-SMOKING
Our entire hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is allowed on our balconies and on the terrace. If smoking is nevertheless permitted in the room or at the open window, we take the liberty of charging additional cleaning costs of at least EUR 50,00.

LOCAL TAX
The municipality of Hopfgarten charges a local tax of EUR 1,25 per person and night (from the age of 15). This is not included in the room rates - we charge it separately on departure.
PARKING
We offer our guests the possibility of parking free of charge on our open parking deck. Should you exceptionally not find a space here, please ask at the reception about the alternatives. If you prefer to park your car in the garage, night parking is available in the multi-storey parking lot at the ticket office of the mountain railroad for an additional charge.

The weather here in the mountains changes quickly - with our chic umbrellas you are well equipped. A small deposit of EUR 15,00 will be charged directly to your room bill... and if you don't want to give the umbrella out of your hand because you like it too much, then it's already yours for this EUR 15,00.
RESTAURANT
If you have booked half board, your table in the restaurant is already reserved for the entire stay for breakfast and dinner.
For the small and big hunger in between we welcome you in DAS BRIXX - our A la carte restaurant & wine bar. For table reservations, please contact the service team.
We will be happy to book your restaurant bills to your room. Please always sign the receipt with your name and room number.

LAKE / SALVENALAND
Refresh yourself in the cool water - on hot summer days the leisure center Salvenaland in Hopfgarten invites you with outdoor pool, bathing lake, mini golf and summer toboggan run. Other great swimming lakes in the area: Schwarzsee (Kirchberg) and Hintersteiner See (Scheffau).

SKI PASSES / MOUNTAIN RAILROAD TICKETS
The ticket office of the mountain railroad is only a stone's throw away, but there can be waiting times. We save you the queuing and issue the ski passes directly at the reception (all-day and multi-day tickets).
SKI RENTAL
Our partner Intersport Oberhauser is located directly opposite the hotel entrance and offers a wide range of sports equipment. There is a 10% discount on ski and snowboard rentals if you book online in advance.
SHOP
In our store in the Move & Relax area you will find everything a sportsman's heart desires. Functional clothing from Rossignol and Tenson, sunglasses, local products and sports nutrition - it's worth a visit!
SKIDEPOT
Opposite our reception is the door to the ski and sports depot. There you can leave your skis, boards, boots etc. safe and dry. Please note that we do not assume any liability for parked items.

In our club room you can watch current sports events on Sky. Please contact us if you would like to watch a broadcast.
POWER & LIGHT
Simply insert your room card into the electricity box next to the door and it will work. When you leave the room, simply pull out the card and all the lights go out automatically - even the sockets are then without power.

The Brixental region is one of the most beautiful hiking areas in the heart of Tyrol. ROOM CLEANING
Rooms are cleaned daily by our hard-working team until 4:00 p.m., provided the "Do Not Disturb" sign is not hanging outside.
ROOM SAFE
You are welcome to keep your valuables in the room safe. Your valuables are only insured if they are kept safely in the safe. You will find the operating instructions right by the safe. If something is not working as it should, our reception team will be happy to help you.
