Our reception is open daily from 8.00 to 22.30. If you need any information, we will be glad to help you at any time. You can reach us by dialing extension 535 or 536.

For free wifi access please contact the reception.

TILED STOVE IN THE ROOM

If you set the tiled stove switch to "On", the stove will be heated automatically from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The stored heat is then released until late in the evening.

SMOKING

The hotel is completely smoke-free! You can smoke on our hotel terrace and on your balcony as well as on the small terrace (north side) in the Himmelreich.

ROOM SAFE

All rooms have a safe, which is insured up to EUR 2.180,00. It is possible to deposit higher values in a safe box in the office.

BEVERAGE RECEIPTS

We ask you to check all your beverage bills and sign them if they are correct. No corrections can be made after the fact.

SPORTSHOP INSIDER

Our guests receive a 10% discount on all items in the sports store opposite the hotel, upon presentation of their room card.
