Allergies and intolerances

We kindly ask you to inform us in advance about any allergies or intolerances so that we can prepare for your stay in the best possible way.

We offer gluten-free baked goods and pasta, lactose-free dairy products and a variety of vegan foods at our breakfast buffet. Of course, we also take your needs into account in our evening menu. For us it is a matter of course to cook without additives such as glutamate or similar. We do not use wheat flour as a binding agent in soups and sauces.

If you have any further wishes that you would like our kitchen team to cater for, we ask for your understanding that this will involve extra effort, which we will charge at € 12,- per day. In order to be able to respond to you to the full extent, we would like to discuss your needs in detail in a personal conversation. We are happy to discuss this on site on the day of arrival or by phone before your stay.
