SAUNA RULES

The sauna experience world is rest & nude zone!

For hygienic reasons, please do not use swimwear. In the alpine sauna, log cabin sauna and in the oven wrap a bath towel around your body, in the steam bath use the seat towels lying in front of the cabin.

- Take a shower before each sauna session.

- Sweat for 10 - 20 minutes and enjoy.

- Please take care of your circulation.

- Fill up with fresh air, cool down under the rock shower.

- Shower with overhead shower, hand shower, surge or Kneipp hose

- Rest and relax

Children-free zone: children under 14 years of age are not allowed in the sauna experience world.

OPENING HOURS WELL-BEAUTY CENTER

In the Well Beauty Center we offer a wide range of massages, baths and cosmetic treatments for your well-being. You will find a detailed description in our SPA brochure in your room. For appointments and information, our wellness team is at your disposal daily from 8:30 to 12:00 and from 14:30 to 19:30 (extension 525).

OPENING HOURS FITNESS STUDIO

7.00 a.m. to 7.30 p.m.

You can reach the fitness studio via the Well Beauty Center on the first floor. A wide range of state-of-the-art cardio and strength equipment from TECHNOGYM awaits you.

In order to use the equipment efficiently and in accordance with your condition, we ask you to use the equipment only after prior explanation or training by our fitness & wellness trainer.
