Arrival and departure:

The rooms are available for you from 14:00 on the day of arrival. We ask you to vacate the rooms by 10:00 am on the day of departure. If you need the room for longer, please let us know. If the room is not occupied again, this is possible for a small surcharge. Please hand in your room card at reception on departure.

The check-out can be done until 21:00 the evening before and until 10:00 on the day of departure. The bill can be paid in cash, by EC card or credit card. Checks are not accepted as a means of payment!

Pharmacy:

The nearest pharmacy is in St. Leonhard with Dr. Niederreiter, who has a medicine chest in his surgery. You can find more information in the brochure "The Pitztal from A - Z".

Bathrobe/bathing shoes:

Bathrobes are available for a one-off rental fee of € 3.50 for the duration of your stay. Bathing shoes can be purchased for € 2.50. You can get both from us at reception.

ATM - Bank:

There is an ATM in Mandarfen (approx. 2 km from the hotel). The nearest bank branch is in St. Leonhard (approx. 9 km)

Bar:

We spoil you daily with refreshing drinks and delicious food in our Stuben. The hotel bar is open until 23:00. Drinks can also be taken to your room.

Bus connections:

The current bus timetable is displayed at reception. For all timetable information, please download the free VVT app from your app store.

Meal times:

Breakfast: from 07:30 am to 09:30 am

Lunch menu à la carte: (not included in the luxury board) from 12:00 to 17:00

Dinner: We ask you to arrive for dinner between 18:30 and 19:30.

All guests of the B&B Elisabeth have the possibility to book dinner. For organizational reasons we kindly ask you to inform us by 10.00 am.

Guestfriend and Giggle

You can get the QR code for our hotel apps at reception. The apps inform you about everything worth knowing about our hotel and you will always be up to date. You will also find information on exciting activities, sights and hiking tours in the region.

Drinks receipts:

The consumption receipt from the previous day is available every day at breakfast. Please check it and if there are any doubts, please contact the service staff or reception. You can also take the receipt with you.

Stores:

The stores in Mandarfen are open daily. Exact opening hours are displayed at reception.

Dogs:

Unfortunately we have to inform you that four-legged friends are not allowed in our public areas such as the leisure area, bar and dining room. We ask for your understanding. We also ask you to remove your dog's poop in the immediate vicinity of the hotel if necessary.

Internet:

Our W-LAN is free of charge throughout the hotel and in the B&B Elisabeth. Network: Sonnblick Password: sonnblick

Mei Ladele:

If you are looking for a souvenir for your loved ones at home or a souvenir for yourself, then "Mei Ladele" is the right place for you. You can get more information at the reception.

Post:

You can hand in your post at reception, incoming post will be handed to you at reception. Stamps are also available at reception.

Smoking:

We ask you to observe the smoking ban in our establishments. In front of the house, on the terraces and on the balconies you may of course indulge in your pleasure.

Complaints:

Should anything not be to your complete satisfaction, please contact reception. We always endeavor to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Backpack:

There is a rucksack in each room, which you can use for walks or other activities throughout your stay. Please do not take your rucksack home with you, but leave it in your room when you leave. However, the rucksack can be purchased at reception.

Quiet times:

We ask you to observe the quiet hours before 07:00 in the morning and after 23:00 in the evening out of consideration for your "fellow vacationers".

Safe:

There is a safe in every room. Never leave valuables in the room. The hotel accepts no liability for cash, jewelry or other valuables. You will find the description for the programming directly at the safe.

Ski and hiking bus:

There is a ski bus for you in winter (with a valid ski pass or with the leisure ticket, which you can get for € 5.00 at the reception, the bus is free) and in summer a hiking bus (the bus is also free with the Pitztal Summer Card, which you will receive at the reception upon arrival) through the entire Pitztal.

Ski & boot room

We kindly ask you to store your ski and hiking boots in the respective rooms. Both in the Hotel Sonnblick and in Haus Elisabeth the respective rooms are at your disposal.

Games:

Board games or playing cards can be borrowed at the reception or at the bar.

Cab:

We will be happy to order a cab for you. Otherwise you can also contact the local cab service (Taxi Kirschner) on 0664 14 48 620.

Wellness area

Our wellness area with sauna, steam bath, whirlpool, infrared cabin and solarium is open daily from 14:30 to 19:00. The entire leisure area is a textile-free zone. Children aged 14 and over are admitted when accompanied by an adult. Please note that drinks are not permitted in the leisure area. Coins for the solarium are available for € 8.00 at reception or at the hotel bar. For guests of B&B Elisabeth, the sauna is open daily from 16:00 to 18:00. Please ask at reception about our exclusive private spa offer.

Wellness bag:

There is a wellness bag with sauna towels in every room. Please only use these towels in the leisure area and take them back to your room afterwards. The chambermaids are responsible for providing you with new and clean towels every day. Sauna towels that are not in your room on departure will be charged! The wellness bag can be purchased at reception.

Room cards:

The key card not only opens your room door, but also the ski cellar, the night entrance and the door to the wellness area. Please always take this card with you in the evening, as reception is no longer staffed from 21:00. You can enter the hotel at any time through the night entrance, but please make sure that the door is locked behind you when you come home. Please do not forget to hand in the key cards at reception on departure, otherwise we will have to charge € 3.00.

Room cleaning

Help us to make a difference! - For the sake of the environment! Sustainability has long played an important role for us at the Sonnblick. As our guests, you can of course also make a contribution to this. If you don't need your room cleaned every day or want your towels changed, you can set an example. On your arrival you will surely have discovered our Swiss stone pine bags. You can hang these bags on the outside of your room door if you would prefer not to have your room cleaned. We would like to point out that the Swiss stone pine bags are only for this purpose and may NOT be taken home as a souvenir. Our chambermaids check after each departure whether the bags are still there. If they are not, you will be charged for them afterwards.
