arrival and departure

Your room is ready for occupancy from 3 pm on the day of arrival. The wellness area can be used on the day of arrival from the time you move into your room.

On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your room by 10.30 am at the latest. You are welcome to leave your luggage at reception so that you can enjoy our wonderful surroundings for a few more hours. You also have the option of using our Ludwig Spa free of charge until 3 pm on your day of departure.
