WLAN
There is a wireless internet connection (WLAN) in the apartment.
The network is: Mirnock and the password is: Afritz59?
The use of the Internet with your own WLAN-enabled device (notebook, smartphone, etc.) via the WLAN connection is free of charge. You use the internet at your own risk, the landlord excludes any liability in connection with the tenant's internet use.
Quiet times
In the interests of good neighborliness, we ask you to observe the public quiet times at midday, at night and on Sundays. Out of consideration for your neighbors, we also ask you to keep quiet in the apartment itself between 10.00 pm and 7.00 am.
Parking facilities
You can park directly in front of the apartment (free of charge) on the parking lot assigned at check-in. The landlord is not liable for loss of objects or damage of any kind to the parked or maneuvering vehicle in the parking lot.
Departure
On the day of departure, we ask our guests to vacate the apartment by 10 am at the latest. A "late check-out" is possible between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. after consultation, but an amount of € 20,-- will be charged. After 2 pm an additional night will be charged. On your departure the apartment should be left as you found it.
Key
Please never give the apartment key out of your hand. Any loss of the key must be reported immediately. The guest is liable up to the amount of the replacement value.
Duty of care
When leaving the apartment, all windows must be closed to avoid possible damage caused by storms. Water and electricity must be used sparingly and in an environmentally friendly manner.
Airing
To avoid the formation of mold, we ask you to air the rooms sufficiently at least once a day (10 - 15 minutes) and especially after showering.
Kitchen
As nobody likes a dirty kitchen, please only put dishes, pots and pans and cutlery back in the cupboards when they are clean and dry. Please do not place hot pots and other hot objects on the table or worktop without a trivet. Always use a chopping board as a base when cutting. Leave the interior of the oven in a clean condition.
10 coffee pods are provided free of charge for the coffee machine. You can purchase additional coffee pods from reception for a small fee.
Waste disposal
Avoid anything that can lead to blockages in the pipes (do not dispose of toiletries in the toilet, do not dispose of food waste down the kitchen drain).
There are three garbage bins to the east of the house in the small parking lot at the rear. Please separate the waste into paper, plastic/aluminum and residual waste according to the labeling on the garbage cans!
Occupancy figures
The maximum occupancy of the apartment is set at 2 people - regardless of whether they are adults or children.
Any visitor who was not specified at the time of booking and is still in the vacation apartment after 2 a.m. (unknowingly to the landlord) will be treated as an overnight guest. These guests will be entered in the registration list of the municipality of Afritz am See and will be charged € 80 per person/night as an individual booking and will receive a separate invoice.
Pets
Pets are not permitted without exception.
Parties
In principle, parties are not permitted in the vacation apartment. In the case of unauthorized parties (unless they were permitted by the landlord) with more than the booked and registered guests, at least € 300 must be paid for cleaning and any damage or noise pollution. Fines in the event of complaints are to be paid by the guest.
Smokers
Ashtrays are available on the balconies.
Smoking in the apartment or out of the apartment window is prohibited without exception. If you do smoke in the apartment, a flat rate of €400 will be charged for cleaning and odor removal.
Cleaning
Should a mishap occur (heavy soiling, liquids on the floor, etc.), we ask you to clean it up as quickly and carefully as possible. We ask you to leave the apartment swept clean on departure and to put all used, cleaned dishes neatly back in the cupboards.
Laundry room
There is a laundry room on the 1st floor. Here you will find a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a vacuum cleaner, an ironing board and an iron.
A laundry tub and clothes horse are located on each balcony.
Damage
Nobody damages things on purpose, but it can happen to anyone once in a while that something gets broken. We would be pleased if you would inform us of any damage that has occurred so that we do not only discover it after your departure during the final cleaning. The tenant is liable for damages in the amount of the replacement value.
House rules
We would like to point out that it may be necessary for the landlord to enter the apartment without the guest's knowledge if repairs are required immediately or in the event of imminent danger.
