Why I am at Sonnblick:

Because it seems like a beautiful place and I want to learn as much as possible about the culture of Tyrol. Also, I think there is no better place to teach than Hotel Sonnblick.

Info: Hannsen comes from Spain and is completing his apprenticeship as a chef with us through a special support program, which we as a company support together with the Tyrolean Chamber of Commerce.
