Music Meets Hat | The Hurricanes

Once a month, Kulturhof Stanggass invites you to meet for a casual bar evening with live music, enjoy fine drinks and celebrate the good life.

No ticket is required for the bar evening and admission is free. Under the motto "Music Meets Hat," guests simply give credit to the artists at their discretion in the traditional costume hat that is passed through the bar, in keeping with an old tradition.

On July 5, 2023, the Chiemgau cult band The Hurricanes will make a guest appearance at Kulturhof Stanggass. The six-member formation rocks the stage in the courtyard or - depending on the weather - in the festival hall. Led by bandleader and solo guitarist Walter Veitinger, the Hurricanes present the sound of the wild 1960s with rock'n'roll and flower power feeling, as well as a rocking repertoire spanning six decades from CCR to Eric Clapton to the Hollies and from the Stones and the Beatles to Santana. However, newer works such as by the Toten Hosen also make it onto the track list. However, the Inzellers deliberately refrain from excessive volume and excessive use of technology. One thing is for sure: This will be a feast for every music fan!

Who would like to strengthen itself before the music experience with drinks & Snacks and secure a place, is cordially welcome before the concert in the K'Hof bar.
