Josef Posch jun., his wife Bettina, parents Anna and Josef Posch and grandpa Josef Posch sen. run the farm as a family business. Vegetables are grown on an area of about 11 hectares, 7 hectares of which are owned by the family. In 1970, the Posch family switched from cattle farming to vegetable farming, and now grows a wide range of different products. Like the Posch Hannes and Puelacher Romed families, the production is based on integrated cultivation and Effective Microorganisms™ (EM) are also used.
