Our stressful everyday life hardly allows us to relax, we are bombarded with information and stimuli from the outside and our never-ending to-do list constantly puts us under stress. Just then it is so important to switch off, take a deep breath and become aware of our own body. Yoga is a wonderful way to arrive in the moment in mindfulness and harmony with your body. This is exactly the way I would like to accompany you. To arrive in the here and now. And you will feel much more vital and alive afterwards.
