We are delighted to announce that Franz is coming to cook the 6-course menu. The culinary highlights will be cooked by Franz Theodor Lenze.

Franz comes from the Sauerland and is a chef at Hotel Seegarten and loves nature. He prefers to cook with regional products.

Musical highlights are provided by the Young Mayrhofners. Erwin Michl and Ulli perform the most beautiful Zillertal songs.

Finally, the hostess Barbara, the Grawandhütte has been in the Steindl family for 70 years, the 3rd generation. That is why it is important to me to preserve the old and to revitalize it with new ideas and to pass it on to my children in the old family tradition.

The food we use comes directly from the region. The eggs from the Heiseler Hof farm in Radfeld, the vegetables from the Knapp family in Hall, the milk and dairy products from the alpine pasture in Zemmgrund and the game meat from the Zemmgrund hunting area. The Grawand Radikal Regional six-course gourmet menu starts at 5 pm. The wine and beer accompaniment is provided by our regional brewery Zillertal Bier
