We have prepared bathrobes for you in your room in the wellness bag. Bath slippers are available free of charge at reception if required, as we also want to do our bit for the environment. You will find bath towels in the wellness area and in the sauna.

BUS

Bus line no. 223 takes you directly from the hotel driveway to the village center every 20 minutes. From Dorf Tirol there are several connecting bus lines (Meran, Tiroler Kreuz, chairlift, Riffian, Kuens). Timetables for all public transport are available at reception. With the MeranCard, which you can obtain at reception, you can use all public transport in South Tyrol free of charge.

MEAL CANCELLATION

Please let the reception know. We will gladly reimburse you € 10.00 per person. E-BIKE RENTAL We are happy to provide you with e-bikes of the Cube brand in various sizes. At the reception you will receive a bike map with the most beautiful tours in Merano and Environs. Please book in advance at reception.

The hotel entrance is open from 6:30 am to 11:00 pm. If you arrive "home" later in the evening, take your room card with you. Hold the card in front of the entrance and the door will open.

DOGS

We hope you will understand that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant and wellness area out of consideration for our other guests.

Our children's playground is located below the infinity pool. The children's room is located behind the reception. Please do not leave small children unattended.

Meran-Dorf Tirol The panoramic lift is the fastest and most comfortable connection between the Segenbühel in Dorf Tirol and the city center of Meran. You can relax as you float over the vineyards and enjoy the magnificent view of the spa town of Merano. Spring / fall from 09:00 to 18:00 Summer from 09:00 to 19:00

AFTERNOON

From 21:00 we would ask you to keep quiet on the floors and in the corridors so that other guests are not disturbed during the night. The outside lighting on your balcony will be switched off automatically at 10.00 pm.
