In our heart opener special for Valentine's Day, we want to intentionally take time with our bodies and connect with our hearts. In this quiet yoga practice, we will learn different heart opener positions to create space in the chest and open the heart. In particular, the abdominal and chest muscles will be stretched and strengthened. In the final meditation, we cultivate heart warmth for ourselves and others (through affirmations, among other things).
