Viktoria is a Hatha 500 RYT yoga teacher and teaches Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra. As a herbal expert she gives workshops on natural pharmacy, fermenting, natural cosmetics & incense as well as weekly herbal hikes in the summer season.
Yoga classes are held at the Zederberghof "Nature & Paradise" and at the "Sonnhof Alpendorf". The cost of participation is € 19.00 per class unit. Single lessons á € 25,00.
