The sun salutation, also called "sun prayer" or "sun salutation", is a sequence of yoga exercises (asanas) practiced in a breathing rhythm.
The session is well suited for a morning activation exercise (facing the rising sun). This series of exercises has an invigorating effect on the body, mind and spirit. The joints are mobilized, the muscles and ligaments are stretched and the cardiovascular system is trained.
