Departure / House handover

- Please wash the dishes, use the dishwasher

- No waste on the floor "broom clean".

- Empty waste bins (bathroom, kitchen)

- Waste recycling by the landlord. We only ask you to collect bottles, cans, etc. in the kitchen.

- Waste disposal by the tenant: we provide 2 chargeable waste bags free of charge

- Container next to the house / hut at the bus stop

- Please do NOT remove dirty bed linen,

- Please collect dirty towels, rags, tablecloths etc. on the floor at the main entrance/entrance.

- Fold up woolen blankets. Please leave our house with respect! Thank you very much!

Adapter

In the TV cabinet in the living room you will find various adapters, plugs, cell phone power station ect.

Suggestions

Please inform us during your stay about any wishes, defects or missing items. We will take care of it.

Excursions

In the living room in the lounge table there is a basket with lots of information, seasonal brochures about the Jungfrau Region. In the house you will also find hiking maps and binoculars, as well as hiking poles. Engel Ingold Lodge Events

You will receive fresh towels and bed linen free of charge after one week with a small basic cleaning of the house.

Luggage storage

You are welcome to leave your luggage in our chalet on the day of arrival or departure. Please reserve the luggage room in advance.

Heating

The house is centrally heated. Ideal radiator on position 2.

plus 4 electric stoves in the house, should it be cooler at night.

Induction hob

Please note that you can only cook with our pots and pans on the induction hob.

Charging station for eCars and eBikes

We can charge your electric car overnight free of charge. Please inform us that you are arriving with an electric car. If you also need a charging station for your electric bikes, please let us know before you arrive.

Smoking

You are welcome to smoke on the balcony and in the garden and please use our ashtrays. Thank you very much.

Fans

There are 4 fans available in the house. We do not have air conditioning in the house.

Water

The tap water is top quality. You can drink it directly from the tap like mineral water.

Laundry room

There is only one high-voltage socket for both machines.

Please always unplug them. The detergents are at your disposal.

Washing machine: Turn tap on & off,

Dryer: Empty the condensation water tank and clean the sieve door

Iron: Please always unplug after use
