PIlates meets Sling
Many people know slings as TRX. The loops, which hang from the ceiling on ropes, provide you with an optimal and very efficient full-body workout. We train with your own body weight and adapt the intensity to your individual needs using exercise variations. Sling training is healthy strength training with a focus on stabilization, coordination and balance. In Pilates on the sling, we bring classic Pilates exercises into the loops, whereby the slings can make exercises more intensive or even easier. This is a different kind of Pilates workout, twice as effective and lots of fun! Places for the sling are limited, so be sure to reserve a place at reception in good time.
