Whether you're still very active or prefer to take it a little easier, if you can stand on your own two feet or at least sit in a chair, you can do yoga. We'll start with what's easily possible for you - and you'll be amazed at how much actually "goes". Yoga isn't about crazy poses, it's about keeping our bodies as healthy as possible - and I'll pick you up right where you are.
