Already tried? - "The Five Tibetans" are good for the body and mind and are also very good for relaxation. The Five Tibetans are a sequence of five physical exercises that combine aspects of gymnastics, yoga and breathing exercises. These have been successfully practiced by monks in Tibet for centuries. The exercises result in harmonizing chakra energies.

Certain physical and mental effects are attributed to the individual exercises.
