A hike with stops at beautiful places to mobilize our breathing spaces and reconnect with our natural breathing through guided impulses.


Mindfulness exercises bring the focus into the here and now - the place where your life takes place!


Simple yoga exercises, which can be practiced by anyone, ground us and at the same time create more space and expansiveness within.


Get in touch with yourself through your body. Lean back and breathe - and simply let go!



Please bring along:

Medium fitness level, sturdy footwear, clothing adapted to the weather in an onion-skin suit and something to drink.


In very wet weather the hike will not take place, we will inform you by e-mail. Please indicate your e-mail contact when registering!
