Meetings for building groups and non-profit communities

The Tannroda Castle Foundation is looking for an existing building group or an existing community for the common good who are looking for a suitable property.

The castle complex is partially renovated. Already usable are

- a cultural center (exhibitions, readings, concerts)

- a seminar house (workshops etc.)

- Co-working spaces (offices, practice/coaching rooms)

- a museum with an arts and crafts workshop

- a restaurant

- two small apartments

Still to be renovated, completed or constructed:

- 4 shell apartments (maisonettes with terrace)

- Multi-family house in modular timber construction, 420 sqm on 2 floors, closing the gap to the historic buildings

- 4 glamping huts

An approved building application has been submitted for everything. We also have 3.5 hectares of land, which is suitable for growing fruit and vegetables. The property is particularly suitable for groups who want to get involved in culture, education, nature conservation, gardening, handicrafts and health. Other options are conceivable.

We are interested in taking over responsibility for the foundation, including the board and advisory board.
