In the Tuxertal, a side valley of the Zillertal, lies our newly built Genuss.Brennerei.Fankhauser. With a lot of hard work and passion we have rebuilt our charming distillery hut from 1833 - a hut where the new Holstein distillery has found its home. In the distillation room you can look over Armin's shoulder to see how the fine brandies are created. Feel free to take a seat - in the adjacent tasting room with a view of the distillery.
