Pilates is an efficient full-body workout that combines dynamic stretching and strengthening in one movement and activates the deep muscles. Pilates is suitable for everyone as we work in variations. You decide for yourself whether you would rather stay in the easy version 1 or push yourself to your full strength in version 4. All group classes at Yoginest are free for you as a coolnest guest.
