Booking conditions for the Summit Spa
To ensure that all our guests enjoy a pleasant experience, we would appreciate it if you could adhere to the following guidelines.
Late arrivals: if you are late, your treatment time will be adjusted accordingly so as not to affect subsequent appointments.
Cancellation: If you are unable to keep your appointment, we kindly ask you to cancel it at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments that are not canceled on time or not kept will be charged at 100%. This also applies to appointments that are redeemed via vouchers or booked for external guests.
Short-term bookings: Please note that short-term bookings are binding and cannot be canceled free of charge, even in the event of illness or other unforeseen circumstances.
Treatment duration: The specified treatment duration includes not only the actual treatment time, but also the time for greeting, changing, resting after the treatment and saying goodbye. We recommend that you allow an appropriate rest period after the treatment.
