Stubensauna, herbal sauna, brine steam bath & infrared: 14:00 - 21:30

**On request and in bad weather, we will be happy to switch on your favorite sauna earlier.

Aroma steam bath

At relatively low temperatures and extremely high humidity, you can experience the element of water intensively and revitalize your body with the energy of this element. Temperature: 40-50 degrees

Brine steam bath

The proven natural remedy brine helps to clear the airways and alleviates chronic respiratory diseases such as athma and bronchitis. Temperature: 45 degrees

Finnish sauna:

The classic sauna with approx. 95 degrees

Stubensauna:

Changing themed infusions with invigorating fragrances and musical accompaniment make your sauna visit an unforgettable memory. Temperature approx. 85 degrees

Herbal sauna:

Herbs and aromas have a relaxing and calming effect on the body. Temperature: 60 degrees

Infrared sauna:

Tense muscles are intensively warmed without straining the circulation. Temperature: 50 degrees
