Guided Nature & Hiking Tour

Join mountain guide and herbalist Theresa Sommerbichler on a hike up the Hochglocker. Along the way, you’ll learn fascinating facts about local herbs and trees, and at the summit, you’ll make a product for your own natural medicine cabinet. If desired, you can stop for refreshments at the Rettenebenalm on the way down. The hike takes place only in good weather and includes a short transfer to the starting point.

Meeting point: Every Monday at 9:00 a.m. at the Alpendorf Gondola parking lot (information office, ground floor)

Duration: approx. 6 hours, until approx. 3:00 p.m. (longer if stopping at Rettenebenalm)

Fitness level: moderate, approx. 550 meters of elevation gain

Requirements: Hiking clothing (including rain and sun protection), sturdy shoes, backpack and drinks, tick protection

Children: Ages 12 and up, accompanied by an adult

Participants: max. 15 people

Participation requires registration by 5:00 p.m. the day before!
