Détails
Golden Delicious, Gala, Granny Smith or rather Kanzi, Yellow and Ambrosia? From shimmering gold to purple to green: the South Tyrolean apple is very versatile in terms of name, taste and color.
Anja Ladurner invites you to take a walk through the orchards of the "Auenheim" farm followed by an apple tasting. Learn all about the cultivation, storage and marketing of South Tyrolean apples from our apple ambassador and apple sommelier.
