Start your day with a soothing yoga session in the FEINHEIT Genussgarten. Together with Ilka, you’ll flow through various exercises, get your body moving, and find moments of calm along the way.

The group session takes place outdoors in our Genussgarten—surrounded by nature and in a relaxed atmosphere. It’s not about being particularly flexible or experienced. You simply participate at your own pace.

No prior experience is required—the session is suitable for beginners as well as anyone who already has yoga experience.
